Performance in 2021 was 90.40 percent from the target value (KPI) of 100 percent. There were 34 plans/projects that achieved their goals and 10 plans did not meet the goals. It was found that there were problems with the plans/projects. The structure does not meet the set goals. Due to the COVID situation This makes it impossible to carry out the plan, especially the stakeholder groups. Government shareholders Government regulatory agencies/government agencies, etc.
However, PAT can also meet the needs and expectations of such stakeholders From the results of the survey of satisfaction and commitment of employees towards the organization and the satisfaction survey etc. Customers and stakeholders of PAT It’s still a good value and on target.
In addition, PAT has received observations from relevant agencies. On enhancing knowledge and understanding about planning To have more integration, therefore, it is an opportunity for PAT to organize a workshop to provide knowledge and understanding in preparing plans/projects to be consistent with the strategies of stakeholders.
