Including analyzing the connection between challenges and advantages in stakeholder management with the enterprise plan of the PAT organization. There are guidelines for setting indicators, target values, strategic levels. and project plan level By organizing a meeting to discuss with responsible agencies. to achieve the shared goals that have been set and be able to achieve the organization&#8217;s goals that focus on stakeholders Which consists of 2 main strategies and 4 strategies:<br><br><strong>Strategy 1<\/strong> : Strengthen stakeholder acceptance To focus on managing engagement with<br>Stakeholders both inside and outside the organization<br>Strategy 1.1 Develop two-way communication to create awareness of important information for employees.<br>Strategy 1.2 Creating understanding of PAT&#8217;s operations.
