On April 28, 2023, Lieutenant Kittikhun Jaruwattanayont Assistant Director of the Port Authority of Thailand, Engineering Division, presided over the opening ceremony of the e-sports competition. Port Authority of Thailand League 1st time, ROV category (1st E-Sport PAT League) by this competition Port Authority E-Sports Club Working Group Has proceeded to determine the rules and format of the competition according to international competition standards. By starting to organize an online qualifying competition. From 8 April 2023 onwards, with Port Authority employees from various agencies A total of 106 people participated in the competition, divided into 17 teams and competed in qualifying rounds divided into 4 groups, with the winning team from each group competing in the semi-finals until the final 2 teams competed in the offline finals.
