Bangkok Port, as a main gateway for waterway transport boosting the country's economy, has developed its services to strengthen Thai export's potential in the world trade arena. Formerly,148,193 m2 of open storage area, accommodating container of 2,296 T.E.U., was provided for stuffing of cargo in container. No transit shed is available for cargoes waiting to be stuffed in container to ensure they would not get loss or damaged. Consequently, to facilitate exporters particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the transit shed No.14 has been renovated as an Outbound Container Freight Station (outbound CFS) to provide depository service for the rest of cargoes which are left upon stuffing and could not be brought back to plants on the same day. |

Available area and Facilities Inner area of 5,569 m2 of Outbound CFS Section (the existing transit shed No.14) can accommodate the weight of 11,000 tons. Stuffing service for 168 TEUs. could be provided at a time. A forklift trucks each of with capacity of 2.5 and 3-5 tons are also available at the warehouse. Charges 1.
